Welcome to MiaPromise! By accessing or using our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General Information
MiaPromise is an online boutique offering handcrafted, made-to-order jewelry, with a focus on ethical production and customer satisfaction. Our products are water- and moisture-resistant, hypoallergenic, and plated with 18K gold on a brass base. We use certified workshops and prioritize recycled and regenerated materials wherever possible.
2. Processing & Shipping
All jewelry is custom-made and requires 1–3 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary by region. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
3. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns:
Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days.
You must request a return authorization by emailing [service@miapromise.com](mailto:service@miapromise.com). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
Refunds:
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of receipt.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.
4. Exchanges & 90-Day Guarantee
You may exchange your item within 90 days of delivery.
Exchanges can be made for a different size or style.
A \$30 fee applies for shipping and re-polishing.
If the new item is of higher value, you must pay the difference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt:
Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Custom or personalized orders
Special edition or promotional items
6. Lifetime Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.
Within the First Year:
Free repair or replacement if your ring is damaged.
\$30 shipping and re-polishing fee applies.
After the First Year:
Lifetime warranty available with a \$40 deductible.
You will receive a new products.
Unlimited warranty usage.
Warranty Conditions:
Starts from the date you receive the product.
Does not cover unauthorized modifications, misuse, or loss.
If the original goods is unavailable, a goods of equal value may be chosen.
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Cancellations after 24 hours incur a 40% fee due to the handmade nature of our products.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, and logos is the property of MiaPromise and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
MiaPromise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
