Answer: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your package on the courier's website. If you haven't received the tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact customer support for assistance.

All of MiaPromise's fine jewelry styles are carefully handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is custom made, we recommend that you allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) for delivery. If you need it shipped by a specific deadline or need it expedited, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email service@miapromise.com

Answer: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we will do our best to assist you with the address change. However, once the order is in the shipping process, we won't be able to modify the address.

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
