At Mia Promise, we provide the ultimate in customer service!
1-Year Warranty
If your item is damaged in any way, we will repair or replace it for free within the first year. You can return the item for a $30 shipping/re-polishing fee. There is no purchase handling fee for exchanges.
After the First Year of Purchase
If your item is damaged or worn after the first year, we will still provide warranty coverage for a $40 deductible. This will provide you with a brand new item with unlimited warranty coverage.
When does the warranty start?
Replacements and warranty will begin when you first receive the item.
What the warranty does not cover
Jewelry product alterations, such as any other type of jewelry product alterations. We will still repair or replace your item for free within the first year, but we will not assume any undue liability to the consumer.
Mia Promise is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original item.
Inventory: If the item you ordered is out of stock at the time of the exchange, we will allow you to select a new item of equal value. The warranty applies to the original purchase.
