Don't like it? Don't worry!

We want you to be happy with your MiaPromise product. If you are not happy with the color or delivery of your product, you can exchange it within 90 days.

Processing Time

All of MiaPromise's fine jewelry styles are carefully handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is custom made, we recommend that you allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) for delivery. If you need it shipped by a specific deadline or need it expedited, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please email service@miapromise.com

Shipping

Returns

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges.
Simply contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to return an item, please email service@miapromise.com to obtain a return authorization (no refund will be given without a return authorization)

Exchanges

You can exchange your item within 90 days of receiving it. You can change the size, style, and exchange for a $30 shipping/re-finishing fee. Of course, if you want a more expensive product, you will need to pay extra.

Returns

If you decide to return an item for any reason, you must do so within 30 days of receiving the item. Once the item is returned, we will refund the original payment method.

Additional Notes

For your safety, please return the item in its original box and send it back by insured and tracked courier, and keep the receipt. MiaPromise is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include your name and invoice number. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the return. The email will also confirm that your refund has been received. This process may take 1-3 days.

Return Conditions

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The returned item must be in its original condition and well packaged.
Note: Do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a 40% handling fee. If you need to modify your order, please contact us via the contact page or email service@miapromise.com.

The following items are not returnable or exchangeable

Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt:
Custom or personalised orders
Special items
Items purchased during promotional events
Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings or body jewelry.
